Ballet Training for Children from 8 to 12

Dance and movement training is intended to develop children’s primary dance abilities and help them acquire the basics of rhythmics. It is focused on basic and correct body posture, and the child will acquire the basic movement skills and habits. It is focused on dance, the basics of gymnastics and gradual coordination of movements.

Training of preschool children is based on the principles of children’s games, using movement elements, such as running, jumping, rolling or climbing. Walking is very important as well.

Ballet and jazz training for children from 8 to 12 observes the condition and coordination abilities of every child. It is a follow-up to the previous movement base, to which are gradually added elements of relevant dance styles. If the parents are able to do so, the child should be doing dance movements on a regular basis, thus acquiring a certain condition and dance habit.
